We deal in digital goods and services. Please make sure that you check quality of our free samples and products before buying anything. We are not a market place. We control quality very strictly as everything is designed inhouse.

1. Refunds and Cancellations

- We provide 100% refund for our consultations if the request is raised before attending first 2 consultations. After first 2 consultations, fees is not refundable under any circumstances.

2. Double Purchase

- In case of double payment, due to any reason, you will get your 100% money back. Usually our system automatically detects such transactions and refunds them. But if due to any reasons mentioned actions are not triggered, please reach us out at [email protected].

3. How to request refund?

To claim refund, kindly follow the below procedure:

- Drop an email on: [email protected] with a subject "Booking Refund | Registered Mobile Number".

- Give a valid reason for the refund.

- All refunds will be processed within 20 working days after deducting any payment processing charges which is usually 2 to 3 %.
